Other than my presence on LinkedIn, I’m not on any social media sites. I left social media after years of finding it lacking the deeper connection I sought. Reading Ten Arguments for Deleting Your Social Media Accounts Right Now by Jaron Lanier (Henry Holt and Company, 2018) finalized my decision. I don’t judge folx who use social media; I want everyone to do their own research and reach their own conclusions.
